STAR OF THE TV MINI SERIES ‘BOMBER COMMAND’ GUY ADAMS

Can you believe this guy? Actually, Guy is also his name: Guy Adams, the British actor. Can you believe all the stuff this actor has done so far in his young life? I was looking at his CV/resumé the other day and I was amazed at how long it was. It had so many credits on it, for a moment I thought I was reading about an actor who had been around for like six decades or longer, if that’s possible.

Anyway, guy does have a pretty full list of his very notable achievements in the entertainment industry. He’s been in numerous TV productions, acted on the stage in plays such as, Equus, Shakespeare’s As You Like It, Journey’s End, Phaedra’s Love and Me, As A Penguin, among many others. Guy has been in almost too many films to mention here but a few noteworthy ones that received very high praise should be told. He played a Medic in The Lost Collide, Nick in Silver Linings, Elvar Oakley in Eternal, Jonah in Drawn, and Blake in Seeing Is Believing. He’s been in many more, but as we said, there are too many for this space.

Some of the TV productions Guy has acted in are, The Post Shop Boys, Ruben On The Street and the TV mini series Bomber Command in which he plays Sgt. Andy Munroe. Bomber Command will be released in 2017. Another TV show that Guy is in (it’s a brand new show) is Emergency: LA. He plays a paramedic and it will premiere in 2017. Guy will appear in all fourteen episodes of the first season.

You know…part of the “can you believe this guy?” statement at the top of this article was meant to cast a big light on Guy as a multi-faceted all around talented person and not to just focus on his acting career. Although acting is his main thrust and pre-occupation, there is another love in his life and that is music. Guy actually stepped away from acting for a couple of years to devote himself to music. Someone apparently saw him sing and signed him to a contract, which included concerts and developing original songs. He did that until he was offered a TV show that was shooting in the Philippines, so he went there and resumed his acting career.  Right now, besides keeping ultra busy acting, Guy is writing and hosting a children’s show that is produced by the creators of Hi5 and directed by BAFTA award-winner Craig Lines. Just one more thing for Guy to add to his already credit packed CV.
